It’s been quite some time now that I have been thinkering with my home wifi infrastructure configurations. Everything else is fine, except that signal to our room drops off intermittently. I have tried different antennas, the latest being, a directional one. There are two more things that I can try out in the future. A more powerful router or a powerline approach. Both will require a significant amount of investments, so I am living with the dropped lines for now.
